Radiant Shmup — Terms of Use

These terms cover use of the Radiant Shmup app, published by LQR Consulting ("we", "us"). By installing or playing the app, you agree to them.

The app

Radiant Shmup is provided "as is", for personal, non-commercial entertainment use. Levels 1-2 are free to play; levels 3-10 require Pro.

Pro subscription

Pro is an auto-renewing subscription billed annually through the Apple App Store or Google Play, at the price shown in the app before purchase.
The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings — not in the app.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase, and again at renewal.
Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase Pro.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies; we don't process payments or refunds directly.

Acceptable use

Don't reverse-engineer, redistribute, or use the app to violate any applicable law. We may update the app to fix bugs, add content, or change balance/pricing for future purchases; existing active subscriptions are not affected by such changes until their normal renewal.

No warranty

The app is provided without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the updated version will be posted at this same URL with a new "Last updated" date.
