Radiant Shmup — Privacy Policy

Radiant Shmup is an offline arcade game. Levels 1-2 are free; levels 3-10 unlock with Pro, an auto-renewing annual subscription. This policy explains what data is involved, and why.

Summary

No account or sign-up.
No ads, no ad tracking, no analytics or crash-reporting SDKs.
Your progress (cleared levels, best scores) is stored only on your device.
The only network activity is managing the Pro subscription: purchasing, renewing, restoring, and checking its status through the App Store or Google Play, verified by our purchase infrastructure provider, RevenueCat.

Data stored on your device

Your campaign progress and best scores are saved locally in the app's own storage (save.txt). This data never leaves your device and is deleted when you uninstall the app or clear its storage.

Subscription (Pro)

Pro is a 1-year auto-renewing subscription that unlocks levels 3-10. Purchases, renewals and cancellations are handled entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play — we never see your payment details. The subscription state is verified through our purchase infrastructure provider, RevenueCat, which receives:

An anonymous app user ID generated for your install (not your name, email, or Apple/Google account).
Your subscription status and transaction metadata needed to unlock Pro (e.g. product ID, purchase and renewal dates).
Basic device/platform information (OS, app version) needed to process the purchase.

See RevenueCat's own privacy policy for how they process this data. Cancelling or managing the subscription is done through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings, not in the app.

What we don't do

We don't run ads or ad networks.
We don't use analytics or crash-tracking SDKs.
We don't collect your name, email, contacts, location, or photos.
We don't sell or share data with third parties beyond the subscription processing described above.

Children's privacy

Radiant Shmup does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. Since the app has no accounts and stores no personal data, no such data is collected regardless of the user's age.

Data retention & deletion

Local progress data is deleted when you uninstall the app. We hold no server-side personal data to delete. To remove your purchase-history record from RevenueCat, contact us at the address below and we will forward the request.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this same URL with a new "Last updated" date.
